Join by yourself, with your partner, friend or support person to learn the latest scientific research and practical tips you need to help you reach your breastfeeding goals in a safe, intimate and welcoming environment.

SMALL GROUP CLASSES: Class sizes are limited to 8 families to maintain an intimate and personal setting.
DOWNLOADABLE RESOURCES: Before and after class you will receive files, workbooks, reading material and videos via email to aid you in your learning.
